The onset of winters brings a myriad of emotions in different people. Many of us take it as a natural progression of weather, but most of us inadvertently experience what is commonly known as ‘winter blues’. The psychologists call this emotional upheaval as Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). However, there’s absolutely no reason for any of us who experience winter blues to panic.
